Before stepping into real estate, Monique spent 20 years in social services, advocating for children and families in need. She holds a sociology degree from Rowan University, which laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to supporting others.

A former gymnast and performer at heart, Monique cheered for the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2001–2002 season and has gone on to act in both commercials and TV shows. Today, she continues to blend her vibrant personality with purpose as a committee member of the NFL Alumni, contributing to charitable efforts that care for kids.
